How the swing analysis works

  1. Film one swing on your iPhoneAny clip with you swinging gets a score and a fix plan. Normal 30 to 60 fps video is fine. If the clip is hard to read, Sticks says "possible" or "not sure" and adds one filming tip instead of making you film again.
  2. See the one causeNot a list of faults. Sticks names the single most likely cause behind your miss, like over the top, and says how sure it is.
  3. Do one drillA plain-words fix plan with one swing thought and one drill, from slow to full speed.
  4. Recheck the same numberFilm again and Sticks checks the same measurement, so you can see what changed.
